Terms of use

The ground rules for exploring our work, making an enquiry and agreeing a studio project.

At a glance

The website introduces Hemframe Studio’s creative services. Selecting a package or sending an enquiry does not place an order. A project begins with a separately agreed written scope and booking terms.

About these terms

These terms describe use of the Hemframe Studio website, its portfolio and its downloadable resources. Hemframe Studio creates product visuals, short videos and launch content for independent clothing brands.

These services are offered under the business name Bifur. Business address: Nenmini, Perinthalmanna, Malappuram, Kerala. Contact details are available on our Contact us page.

They do not replace a project quote, signed agreement or written booking terms. Specific agreed project terms govern that engagement, subject to applicable law. These pages do not remove any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Enquiries and bookings

Package selection and form submission are requests for a conversation. They do not reserve production capacity, accept a quote or create a paid booking. This website does not take payments, collect deposits or sell physical garments.

Before booking, the studio and client confirm feasibility, deliverables, intended usage, references, price, applicable taxes, delivery date, revision scope and payment and cancellation arrangements in writing.

Prices, scope and timing

Package prices are starting prices in Indian rupees. The final quote depends on the reviewed brief and source materials. Additional garments, colourways, concepts, languages, sizes or work outside the agreed scope may need a separate quote.

Published delivery targets are proposed, subject to the confirmed schedule. Work starts after usable references, the approved brief and agreed booking requirements are received. Time waiting for client feedback is additional.

Package inclusions, adaptations and video methods are explained on the website. A still-based edit does not automatically include a physical shoot, live-action production or generated garment motion.

Payment and final handover

The accepted quote must identify the contracting business, full price and applicable taxes, deposit and balance if any, payment milestones, approved payment method and conditions for final handover. Confirm these details before making a project payment.

The website has no integrated payment gateway or checkout. No deposit percentage or automatic renewal is established by these website terms. Recurring work requires its own agreed schedule and payment arrangements.

Razorpay is the selected provider for online project payments. When a confirmed project uses a Razorpay payment link or checkout, payment is processed by Razorpay under its terms. Payment availability does not itself confirm a booking or change the accepted scope.

Previews, final exports and editable files have the scope and usage rights stated in the agreement. Read the delivery policy and returns, cancellation and refund guidance before booking.

Client materials and accuracy

Provide materials you are authorised to share and accurate, supported product information. Tell the studio about usage restrictions, confidentiality requirements and required brand or product details before production.

Before using final work, check that it matches the approved brief and actual product, and flag any mismatch. Generated fit, drape or detail is not measurement or manufacturing evidence. Material composition, dimensions, stock, price and product claims require reliable client information.

Content and usage rights

Website artwork, writing and branding may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Browsing the site does not transfer ownership of those materials. Client brands, third-party marks and supplied references remain subject to their respective rights.

Usage rights for commissioned deliverables, editable files, third-party materials, portfolio use and any copyright assignment must be expressly addressed in the written project agreement. A quote or a payment alone should not be read as granting rights beyond that agreement and applicable law.

The free prompt pack is covered by the resource-use guidance. Its availability does not grant rights to the portfolio artwork or underlying garment references.

Responsible website use

Use the website for lawful browsing, resource access and relevant enquiries. Do not send malicious files, impersonate another person, submit information without authority, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with site availability.

Do not present Hemframe’s portfolio studies as your commissioned work or imply an endorsement. This does not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.

Links and availability

External email, Instagram and file-sharing services operate under their own terms. Check their policies when you use them. The studio cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to this website or third-party services.

Creative examples illustrate a direction and process. They do not promise sales, advertising performance, platform acceptance or an identical generated output. See the portfolio disclaimer for the limits of the examples.

Questions, changes and disputes

Contact the studio using the email below to clarify these terms, report an issue or discuss a project concern. Cancellation and payment questions are explained on the cancellation and refunds page.

Website terms may be updated with the date shown above. A later website update does not retrospectively change an existing project agreement. Applicable law and any dispute arrangements validly agreed for a project continue to apply; no exclusive court location is specified here.
