Delivery policy

How creative files are handed over, when production begins and what to do if a delivery needs attention.

At a glance

Hemframe Studio provides digital creative services. Delivery is by the email or file-sharing method agreed for your project. There is no physical garment shipment or instant paid download through this website.

Digital services, without physical shipping

Our standard packages deliver product visuals, videos, layout adaptations and agreed copy as digital files. They start from usable product photographs and brand information.

We do not sell or ship garments through this website. Physical shoots, sample handling, courier services and sample returns are outside the standard digital package. If separately commissioned, their responsibilities, costs and timing must be agreed in writing.

How you receive your files

Before booking, confirm the recipient email and the delivery method, such as an email attachment or a private file-sharing/download link. Final files are handed over when the agreed approval and payment requirements have been met.

The handover includes the deliverables in your accepted scope and a file guide. Stills are supplied as JPG or PNG, videos as MP4, with agreed copy and delivery notes. Dimensions, other formats, editable working files and usage rights should be confirmed before booking.

If a shared link has an expiry or access restriction, that should be stated at handover. Download your files and keep your own backup; ongoing archive storage is not automatically part of the package.

Delivery targets and confirmed dates

Current package targets are:

  • First Frame: 5 business days proposed.
  • Drop Pack: 7 business days proposed.
  • Studio Month: Agreed monthly calendar.

These are planning targets, not automatic promises made by selecting a package. Your written quote confirms the delivery date after the studio reviews reference quality, creative complexity and available capacity. Studio Month follows its agreed calendar.

When production time begins

The delivery clock starts after usable references, the approved brief and any agreed booking deposit are received. Missing product facts, inaccessible links or incomplete views may need clarification before work starts.

Time waiting for client approvals or feedback is additional. Extra garments, colourways, directions or deliverables can change both the scope and delivery date; confirm any revised quote and schedule before extra work begins.

Previews, revisions and approval

The studio shares work for review according to the agreed project schedule. Check product identity, brand details, copy and intended usage against the approved brief and factual garment references.

Standard packages include one consolidated revision round per garment within the agreed direction and scope. Send feedback together so corrections can be assessed consistently. A new direction, reshoot or additional garment needs a separate scope review.

Final delivery and the right to use files follow the written agreement. A preview is not automatically a finished deliverable or a grant of unrestricted usage rights.

Delays, missing files and corrections

If an agreed delivery is delayed, discuss the cause, revised date and next steps with the studio. If you cannot open a link, receive the wrong files or find a material mismatch, email your project reference, the affected filename or link and a description of the issue.

We will review the agreed scope and discuss restoring access, a corrected export or another appropriate resolution. If work cannot be delivered as agreed, any cancellation or payment resolution follows the project terms and applicable law. See returns, cancellation and refunds.

For delivery support, use the confirmed email on the Contact us page. No fixed reply or correction time is promised on this page.

The free prompt resource

The UMBRA prompt pack is a free ZIP download from the UMBRA project page. It requires no payment, signup or project booking. The link starts a browser download rather than an email-delivery sequence.

Read the resource-use guidance for contents, tool requirements and rights. Contact the studio if the download is missing or does not open.
